1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and R&S Junk Cleanouts (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our website, services, and SMS messaging. By engaging our services or providing your phone number, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these terms. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. SMS Messaging Consent & A2P 10DLC Compliance

By providing your phone number to R&S Junk Cleanouts, whether through our website forms, quote requests, or by initiating contact, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from us. These messages may include, but are not limited to, quote confirmations, scheduling updates, service reminders, follow-up communications, and customer service inquiries.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions and service requests. Typically, you will receive 1–5 messages per service engagement.
Standard Rates Apply: Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier for messages received from us.

Our SMS messaging program operates in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) registration requirements administered by mobile carriers and The Campaign Registry. By consenting, you acknowledge that your phone number will be used for legitimate business communications related to junk removal, cleanouts, and related services.

3. Opt-Out & Help

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive from us. Upon receiving a “STOP” message, we will discontinue sending further SMS messages to your number. You may also request assistance at any time by replying “HELP” to any message, or by contacting us directly at (781) 346-3647 or byrdrobertc62@gmail.com.

Please note that opting out of SMS messaging does not opt you out of other forms of communication such as email or phone calls, which are governed separately. If you wish to opt out of all communications, please contact us using the information above.

4. Services

R&S Junk Cleanouts provides junk removal, property cleanouts, debris removal, dumpster services, and related waste-management services to residential, commercial, and property-management customers in Marblehead and Essex County, Massachusetts. All services are subject to availability and our scheduling policies. Quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply; final pricing may vary based on actual volume, weight, and materials encountered at the job site.

5. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including phone numbers used for SMS communications. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, R&S Junk Cleanouts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of our services or SMS messaging program. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services or SMS messaging program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
